Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are immediately looking for head practitioners for our locations in the Amsterdam area.
As the main practitioner you are responsible for the care of children in our groups. You also supervise approximately six behavioral experts who work in the groups.
You do:
â–ª You support the behavioral experts by providing individual supervision and coaching, including conducting parent conversations, drawing up treatment plans and observations.
â–ª You monitor the overall quality of care and organize intervision among behavioral experts and other healthcare providers to this end.
You develop and are aware of current developments in the field, especially autism.
â–ªYou are binding and encourage employees to commit to the organization.
You have:
â–ª A completed university master’s degree in psychology or orthopedagogy.
â–ªBCBA certificate
â–ªLeadership capabilities.
â–ªAt least two years of experience working with our target group: children with autism
strong analytical thinking and good communication skills.
â–ªA proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
â–ªYou are flexible and decisive.
â–ªYou are administratively literate and stress-resistant.
â–ªYou are willing to travel to our branch in the Amsterdam area
